Pricing Structure
We can offer a tailored package to suit your needs. We have put together simple payment structure depending on your needs.
There is flexibility to ensure you get the best rate possible for the work you require.
Following the initial consultation, we will recommend which payment structure will be most appropriate for your needs and this will be reviewed at regular intervals to ensure that you are getting the best possible package for your business.
Retainer packages are suitable for those businesses that know how much work they need to outsource each month and it is pretty consistent like email management, calendar and diary management and general admin.
We have hourly rates for ad-hoc tasks such as document editing and research and many more
We track all the time spent and provide a detailed report with every invoice to clearly demonstrate how time is used.
I can also work on site within a 10 mile radius of Worthing West Sussex. An onsite day rate starts a £250 a day.

Rates and Retainers
By The Hour £25 - £30 ph
We charge an hourly rate of £25 per hour for Virtual Assistant services and £30 per hour for Legal Secretary Services. Charged in 15-minute increments, so you only pay for the time we spend on your business needs.
This is ideal for ad-hoc work or requesting a specific time each week to support your business.
Retainer Packages
If you know you would like our dedicated support for a set amount of hours each month then a retainer is the perfect choice for you.
Our retainer packages come in blocks of either 5, 15, 20 or 25 hours per month Starting at £25 per hour.
Each monthly block is paid in advance at the beginning of each month.
The benefit of a retainer package is that you guaranteed the hours you pay for.
We will be in regular contact to ensure your most urgent needs are met and additional hours can be agree
Fixed Project
For a some task such as event co-ordination, projects or research investigations it is easier and more transparent to set a fixed price.
We will agree a fixed price based on the scope of the project but this can be subject to revision and we will agree this so you are not surprised by any additional costs.
